This design-build project was completed in 2019, and is an 8,100 sqft, two story pre-engineered metal building. This building was designed with the intent of it being mixed use and contains offices, clinical examination rooms, and warehouse space. Site development and parking areas were also included in the project scope. Con-Tech worked closely with the Owner to ensure that the final product was an effective design for the end users. This project also features custom landscaping and private patio for employees to enjoy. The building envelope, concrete foundations and slabs, steel erection, metal cladding and exterior and interior carpentry were all completed by employees.
