CP Distributors is a 32,000square foot building with 9,000 square feet of two-story office area.  The building exterior and office areas are filled with modern design details, a result of teaming with a local architect for the design of the building, and the owner supplying all of their own doors, hardware and specialties to showcase their products.  The building utilizes open web mainframes throughout to give the ceilings a much more open feel and brighter warehouse area. The building also features an open lean-to on the exterior of the building. The building envelope, concrete foundations and slabs, steel erection, metal cladding and exterior and interior carpentry were all completed by employees.
