Con-Tech worked collaboratively with the client to ensure that all aspects of Proline’s operations could be bigger and better than anything they had in the past - from interior finishes to efficient flow around the property to planning for the future. Proline Motorsports utilized Con-Tech’s full design-build services to design and construct a new 32,550 sqft sales center and a separate 13,325 sqft storage warehouse on an undeveloped lot. The sales center features an 11,250 sqft pre-cast concrete second floor for motorcycle sales and administrative offices. In addition to the high level interior finishes, this project features interior boat docks for looking into the impressive line-up of boat inventory, a delivery bay for customers to pick up their new purchase, and a repair shop complete with cranes to assist with maintenance of recreational vehicles & boats. Proline is also a great example of how diverse pre-engineered metal buildings can be, as this project and the accompanying warehouse are used very differently but utilize a similar pre-eng building system.
