Prairie Star Stables contacted Con-Tech to help them make their vision of a new riding arena become a reality. Through a collaborative effort, Con-Tech assisted with both design and construction to ensure that their feedback was included and implemented throughout the process. This project includes a two story interior development that features an office, gym, kitchen, and lounging area looking into the riding arena. The integrated barn includes custom grooming stalls and tack room lockers, wash rack and custom equine stalls, which connects to the office side of the arena via an indoor breezeway.
