Con-Tech worked collaboratively with the client to ensure that all aspects of Proline’s operations could be bigger and better than anything they had in the past - from interior finishes to efficient flow around the property to planning for the future. Proline Motorsports utilized Con-Tech’s full design-build services to design and construct a new 32,500 sqft sales center and a separate 13,325 sqft storage warehouse on an undeveloped lot. The warehouse features exterior overhang canopies to protect inventory from snow & rain, an interior crane to assist with unloading deliveries, a recessed loading dock for trucking deliveries, and a testing tank for boats and other watercraft.
